Balancing motherhood and self-care with a knee inj Balancing motherhood and self-care with a knee injury is not easy, but somehow I’m managing it! As a Sagittarius, I crave my self-care routine, so I take advantage of any free time I have while my baby sleeps or naps. I work out on the reformer 4-5 times a week and go for walks, but I can’t wait for my knee to heal!

Protein Berry Smoothie Recipe: 

-1.5 cups frozen fruit (I use half mixed berries, half
mango)
-1 Tosp almond butter
-I cup milk 
-2 Tbsp plain full fat Greek yogur
-I scoop of protein powder
